For an IP67 water-resistant watch, it is protected in the following situations:

· Short-term immersion: It can survive accidental submersion in 1 meter of room-temperature fresh water, tap water, or pool water for up to 30 minutes, and function normally after being taken out.

· Everyday splashes: It can handle hand washing, rain, sweat, and splashes.

It is NOT suitable for:

· Swimming or diving (even in shallow water, as arm movement creates water pressure that exceeds the seal's capacity)

· Hot water, showers, or saunas (steam will compromise the seals)

· Saltwater or seawater (prolonged exposure causes corrosion)

· Fast-flowing water (e.g., direct stream from a faucet)

Important reminder: IP67 rating is based on static testing (still water). If the watch is moved, buttons are pressed underwater, or the watch has been dropped or aged, water resistance will degrade.

If you need a watch for swimming, look for 5ATM (50m water resistance) or a higher rating.
